		<description>Yes having good descriptive anchor text is a great thing.  One other think I would look at also is the total number of words being used in that anchor text and also if the page your pointing to is already being used somewhere else on the page. Because if the destination URL is already being used and its higher in the code the search engines will effectively take the first instance of that URL and it might not be associated with the anchor text you want.  Rand just did a test that showed anchor text that is the keyword directly is better than having the anchor text among a sentence.
